Deviled eggs with salmon

Ingredients

 

6 hard boiled eggs
150g canned salmon, drained
6 green olives, pitted and chopped
2 tbsp. tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tbsp. coffee paprika
1 good tbsp. Coffee chopped parsley
2 tbsp. coffee lemon juice
I slice of smoked salmon cut into thin strips
1 green pepper, drained and cut into thin strips
salt and pepper

 

Direction 

 

Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and set aside four for another use.

Put the remaining two yolks in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients except the smoked salmon and pepper. Blend thoroughly.

Pour the mixture to the egg yolk in a piping bag and fill in the blanks.

Remove the strips. smoked salmon and green pepper on top.

 Notes

 this recipes called Huevos duros rellenos in Spanich.
