Serve this simple make-ahead dip with an assortment of colourful veggies and crackers.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup (175 mL) sour cream
1/2 cup (125 mL) low-fat pressed cottage cheese
1/2 cup (125 mL) cream cheese, softened
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
4 oz (113 g) smoked salmon, finely chopped
1/2 cup (125 mL) finely chopped red radishes, (about half bunch)
1/3 cup (75 mL) finely chopped red onions
2 tbsp (30 mL) chopped fresh chives, (optional)
1/2 cup (125 mL) low-fat pressed cottage cheese
1/2 cup (125 mL) cream cheese, softened

Preparation:
In large bowl, beat together sour cream, cottage cheese,
cream cheese, salt and pepper. Stir in salmon, radishes, onion, and
chives (if using). Transfer to serving bowl. (Make-ahead: Cover and
refrigerate in airtight container for up to 2 days; let stand at room
temperature for 30 minutes before serving.)
Servings: 4 1/2 cups
